“I have worked with a coach in the past and ended up doing more and more cardio, and eatting less and less but never really dropped any weight. Since working with Joe, ive dropped 30lb, got stronger, increased my caloreis from 1300 to 2500 and got hours back in my week as im no longer spending a ton of time on a treadmill. It seems so confusing that im eating more, but losing fat, but im not complaining!”
